In ARTD, CDN 46 - Call Waiting --- will this give inbound callers a "ringing" tone (rather than a busy) for calls into a 10 port 'auto attendant' if all stations are busy? We just changed the incoming route from copper trunks to a T1 and are getting numerous complaints of busies, now...

I would put the auto att. ports in a UCD group, then you will get a ring until answered when all ports are busy
