I'm trying to change a port type on our Millennium phone system from an 18-button phone to a 30-button phone, but I get a message that says 'port not idle' and nothing changes:
L25 >TYPE
MET18
?MET30
L25 TYPE - MET30 - Port is not idle
There is no phone plugged into the port.
How do I change this to a 30-button phone?
