My customer has a Fujitsu Series III system. I have the software and I am getting familiar with programming. They moved a couple of phones on their own from one department to another. The phones they moved were set to ring for the dept. they moved from. Which MCC/MMC do I need to change to get the phones to stop ringing on the other dept's line?
The line that I am working with is a standard Loop Start CO not a DID on their PRI.
