This customer has multiple locations and networking via voip 24. recently they changed to NPLS and are having issues with dropping internal/intercom calls between locations. After extensive trouble shooting, I found that the calls are making it to the called system but only for a quarter to half ring before dropping off. If I just keep calling one after another, some calls make it fine and others start to ring and then drop off. Also this is only occurring inbound at one location. I am scheduled to go on site tomorrow and plan on swapping voip cards to see if the issue swaps. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated!!
