I tripped over the cord for a power cube for an IP phone today. As a result, both prongs broke off and remained engaged in the electrical outlet. Yep, the 90 degree egress of the low-voltage cord caused enough leverage against the cube to pry the prongs out of the cube's housing. NOT GOOD.

I'll be reporting this to Vertical tomorrow, but in the meantime, please plug these into power strips and not a fixed wall receptacle.
