I need your urgent help Please. Our call pilot 100 was working before I changed the IP address. I changed the ip-address of the call pilot 100 to 172.16.x.x range with web-based callpilot manger. After I changed it, I restarted. After a few seconds of power self test process, it stopped blinking. I restarted it again. it did the same. The leds are blinking for a few seconds like normal process, but stopped working after a while. I tried to connect it with windows hyper terminal using serial cable. My hyper terminal configuration is 9600bits/sec, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity and no flow control. I changed the serial cable and tried also with other computer (win xp SP 3) but no avail. I used normal serial cable. Does it need serial cable? Would you please help me?
