I want to create an option on the CCR tree (mailbox 991) so that if a user selects an option it will drop the call. I can't find anything in the manual...

Jackson You looking for a single digit route to do this? You do know the done chain does this if nothing is dialed or no audio is detected.

CCR? Sounds like you worked on Nortstar before.
Anyway, send the caller to 999, either in the 1 digit menus or chain done, and they will get disconnected after a polite "Thank you for calling. Goodby".
Chain done in 991 by default will send the caller to operator after saying "To speak to the operator, say yes after the tone". If there is no audio then the call will get be disconnected.
