Im having problems with our t-1 DK 424 c/d 4.3. Its a quest t1 I have all 40 lines on my phone. 24 trunks and 16 pots line. I have 6 line light on the phone flashing like there on hold, I press them and no ones there on any of them. Ive been watching it for awhile and every so often 5 other t1 line lights come on all in a row all at the same time then go off after a second or 2. Also sometimes when I try to dial a DID i get a long silent pause then a fast busy after 30 seconds. Also our hook-flash transfer feature no longer works. I have qwest working on it now, I just wanted to know if any one else had this problem. Thanks

This must be an advanced DID T1 and not a PRI?
The lights on and off condition sounds like all trunks went busy for a moment and then released and the busy after dialing is likely related. It all sounds like a service problem, not your switch. What are the indicators (lamps)at the NIU when you have these troubles? You may need to ask for a joint meet at site if they don't find it remotely.

Thanks, the NIU is in a small closet thats not reall that accessable. Our Qwest contract just expired, so maybe there doing something on there end or trying to get us overe to a pri instead of our t-1. Thanks
