Now that I have my brick functioning as AA should I remove the CO appearances on all phones and force use of dial 9?

IF YOU DO YOU WILL HAVE TO USE PARK/PICKUP INSTEAD OF HOLD.... UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIAL CODES TO PICKUP HELD CALLS... HOW MANY CO'S ARE ON SYSTEM? DO YOU NEED MORE PROGRAMABLE BUTTONS??

We only have 4 co(s). I was just wondering how others were doing it. I did not think about having to use park and pick. I think I will just leave them there.

We don't have CO line appearances, and we also don't use park/pickup - we just transfer the calls.

Leave the appearance on the buttons. Go into program 41 and light the LED's for the CO lines on each station. This forces the user to dial '9'. They cannot press the line key and get dial tone. But active calls will still appear on the buttons. We've done it this way for years. and it works great. If they are used to pushing a line key for dial tone, be prepared for some flack from the end users!!
