I’m hoping someone has had the same problem as me (and fixed it).
Setup:
- CIX670 with two LIPU cards, one on internal network; the other is on public internet - IPT at remote location using DSL connection
Issue:
The first call always connects, but there is no audio going to the IPT end, only coming from it. Hanging up and calling again resolves all issues. Works great!
It’s annoying to always have to hang up and call a second time (especially for customers!)

What I would try is to Disable the IEEE802.1p in the "System Ip Data Assignment" Program 150.
Also try disabling the Diffserv. That could cause some issues as well.
Hope this helps, I'm still learning all this IP stuff...

Thanks Mark. I've disabled Diffserv - IEEE802.1 was already off. Will let you know the results.

Disabling Diffserv didn't have any effect. I also tried Enabling and Disabling the "IPT NAT/No Peer to Peer" setting with no effect. Any more ideas?

Is this happening to all of the IP phones or just the one on DSL?

This happens on all IP phones on the external network (public internet). The IPTs on the LAN don't have this issue.
