We have recently moved offices and setup our CTX 100 again. However after re-registering our IPT's we have no audio to or from those extentions. They are on the system, we can intercom each ext., but no audio can be heard on either end...help?

Check wirewall settings. If everything is the same (programming wise), then the problem should lie in your network firewall settings.

I understand it may be a firewall issue, can anyone give some ideas...specific ports to enable?

They Changing the Diffserv, and the IEEE802.1p settings, in program 150, they have to do with the compatibility with the ISP and such...
That seemd to solve some of my issues, which I believe were fairly similar.

Are the IPT's in-house or external?
Diffserv and 802.1p should be disabled unless EVERYTHING between the IP card and the phones supports it. The internet does not.
