Is there a code or programming trick to get where people who do not have phones can walk up and dial code for system to allow them to go directly to voicemail box.
currently they are dialing vm at 3000 from phone having to wait for time out then hitting * then their phantom box number # then their security code #. any misstep in timing and they get to start again
This is extremely poor but I getting told their is no other way to do this. Is their a feature code that can skip playing the system greeting and just get the person to their box * does not seem to be working

Ok, maybe Pilot numbers will work. If their DN is 250, then you could set up a Pilot number of 4250 which transfers to VM with VM ID of *250#, which, if it works, will log into VM box 250 and ask for password.
