You said T-1 or is it a PRI. If t-1 make sure ANI is set to yes AND YOU GET IT FROM THE PROVIDER. We also need your version of the phone system. The call log feature was stored in the phone in the lastest version, But in the older version you need VM to store the log. Do you have Voicemail? Need Tech Support on any Telrad system

Telradmaniac Member Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 439 Chattavegas, TN	is it IP phone? those are the only 3000 model with disp. 3015 (79-630-0000) 3020 and 3025 are the only tdm phones with displays Might try making sure CID Priority is set to High in Station Features->Station Atts. it is the last field to the left.
