I have a couple of phones which won't forward internal calls to voice mail, except on DND. If I program CFNA or CFBY to our VM hunt group (88), they go to the automated attendant instead. I've deleted the forwards and it doesn't (as you would expect). I've tried this on other phones and it works fine, so my method is not suspect. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Do those stations have vms? They should let you cancel forwarding with no problem.

VMS: do the stations have a mailbox.

Oh, sorry- Yes they do have a voice mailbox assigned and it works via DND, or "manual" access.

Sounds like the users have done some playing with there mailbox options, log into them and check Auto Attn for there box's to see if they changed them.

Software for switch is DBU5.08 and the Imagen is 5.50D

One error in my previous info: DND does NOT forward correctly. It also sends to AA. I've checked everything in the attendant setup section and it all matches settings of working phones.

Is it by chance saying that (the requested extension is unavailable) and then returning the main menu?
