I got a Telrad digital PBX. SW DB733B and i have 3 T1's. My problem seems to be with incoming calls where after talking for different amount of times i get cut off and seem to get reorder tone for about 30 seconds if i stay on the line. The person calling just hears a click and gets cut off. Any ideas what could be wrong. I have 3 new adtran aces. Also the problem never happens on outgoing calls over the same T1's

Thanks

Is it happening on all 3 T1's ? When you dial out can you tell what card and T1 you are on? If so call from the switch room and watch the adtran to see if you are getting an error from the provider if it takes 30 sec. you might see an error light come on. It sounds like a timing slip you can call the provider and go over all your settings.
Also have them monitor your calls to see if they spot something. If you have 3 T1's with them belive me they will help you.

How is the PLL clock set for each of the T1's in the Telrad?

I have noticed you have alot of trouble with PRI's and T1's. Do you work with many carriers on different systems?
Also will you complete your profile?
