No, I have one client who has a standard POTS PBX, we typically service SIP phones and servers, but we helped him out moving from Rhinebeck to Fishkill.

You realize the difference between 110 and 101 is a double "1" at the beginning of the dial string don't you?
For fun, try calling 120 and see if you get 112 or work out your own combinations. It will give you someting to look for on your trace.

Carl, Yes that is what we noticed immediately, it seems the echo is causing the PBX to register two 1's and the 0 naturally completes the string. While this happens every time, very rarely I do get 101, and even more rare, happened only twice i got 107.

KXT, yes we used high quality manufactured cables, but you do raise a good point, it might not be a bad idea to swap the cables just for a test.

Issue always occurs on Optimum Voice, and occasionally on other Voip providers. DTMF works as intended on POTS, and Cellular without fail.

*Update* To date no solution has been found and we will most likely revert back to the POTS lines.

As has been stated before, Voip is NOT ready for the 'big time' yet. And the fact that 'UNCLE' doesn't tax it WILL go away. 'UNCLE' never misses a chance to create a new 'revenue stream' (read as 'TAX')!
