Any one know the proper way to implement this feature? TDA-200 with both 7453 and 7636 sets. I'm an installer certified on the TDA systems. This customer used this feature on thier 1232 and still want it. I figured I had it programmed correctly though I don't seem to get the option to butt into an ongoing call. Thanks in advance.

Maint console-- Extension / Wired Extension / Option 2 tab Call Waiting for call from extension. 4 options-- Off, BSS, OHCA, Whisper-OHCA. User, Set program #31-- 0=off 1= BSS, 2=OHCA, 3=Handset OHCA. LCD offers only BSS, Not sure, But you can always press 1 upon hearing Busy, if any CW is enabled.
