a couple of things, did you frog (highly technical term) or swap say 573 and 574 and if the programing is the same for all I would assume your program is correct. When I refered to polarity I also meant reversal. I know you have loop start but should all be same anyway

ok, got the solfware release.

I've fiddled with the programing so much, i'm not sure what i'm suppost to have, or if i have the right manual. I'm pretty much setting stuff to default. Execpt for Night Ring to ext. and things like that. Again, in some of the programing registers, my manual refers to additional fields not found on the system.
Sorry it took me so long...had to run down to fla to see my kid before he ships out to afgan.

I am having the exact same issue as what was described here. I even have the same software release that was listed by davtekT00. Anyone have any ideas?

I am also getting a "A21 Tone Detector Failure" alarm that occurs about every 5 minutes when alarms are cleared from the system.
