Have you tried setting a wake up call for that room at the same time? See if it takes and then cancel the wake up call to clear the register?

Also what about trying to Delete the station then reset the system then reprogramm the station, If it is a work address issue?

You mentioned 10 minute intervals in your original post. Mitels have always repeated the WU at 5 minute intervals so I'm seriously wondering if this is related to Mitel WU at all.

 If the call is answered, does it still repeat at 10 min. intervals? If not, it's an alarm call of some kind so it almost has to be from the voice mail and your customer originally described it as coming from the wake up "service". Why not find out what's heard when the call is answered and compare that to what you hear on a WU set by the console vs. a WU set by the voice mail.

And just for S&G, sign into box 317 and see if there's an uncanceled WU stuck on that mail box.

And the last resort, which I believe WT has done more than once, I know I have. Record entire program on paper, initialize and MANUALLY reprogram. I say manually because if it is a glitch, it'll probably copy to backup and reload and you'll still have the problem! Not something I like to do, but 1/2 a day of reprogram is better than pieces of every day for 3 weeks, unhappy customer, and those last few hairs going away. smile John C. (Not Garand)

Good call Dr. Lightninghorse. Best thing to do is to flush that thing out. Pull all the cards and initialize it 3 times, as Mitel recommends, then install the cards and initialize it 1 more time. Be sure to have a recent hard copy of the data base, and manually re-program it from the console. Usually only takes 20-30 min. Those darn 1's and zeroes can occupy unusual hidden places sometimes.

Make sure you have plenty of paper in the printer, put the console in either night or overflow, and dial *97 plus 7772 from the console, and in 25 minutes, you'll have the hard copy. Good luck!
