lucy111 Member Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 6	My father was a telephone man for over 35 years and recently passed away. I have all of his phone repair equipment and not any clue what to do with it. Is there any place that I can go to to find out what I have and where could I offer this for sale? Any input would be helpful. There is a little bit of everything from 2 completely outfitted work vans to test equipment to fiber optic splicers. Thanks for any help.

You should post your advertisement in the "Buy and Sell Equipment" category; you will receive better exposure there. It may be worth your while to pay someone who knows what you have to assist you with the inventory. We can probably assist you in locating someone in your area capable of doing this for you. The best thing would be to list things individually with pictures here in the "buy/sell" section or on ebay. But finding someone to make sure you dont separate things that go together would be good.

You would have thought after all these years I would have learned something about this equipment, but what I learned was not to get "icky pick" in your hair and phone guys know where all the good restaurants are( I used to play hookey from school to ride with him to work!!)
