no button prgramming has been done at this extension yet. So, there are no other buttons except intercom, lines, drop, and inspect.

is the operator the 1st port on the system and is there another phone they can swap it with.

yes operator is 1st port on the system. And they can't swap it because there is no other 4424LD+ on site. Another phone just says invalid DLC.

OK, I just noticed something...after i change the telephone feature to immediate ring on all lines and I hit apply, it tells me that there was an error and it "failed to read data from Merlin Magix" I hit OK and after a few secods it does that again and it seems to be a continuous loop.

Is there a way to program immediate ring in Standard SPM?

ok...i had to shut down winspm...going to start up again and modem in again
