My ? is what doesn't work? How did you set it up? Tell us a little more info on what you wanting to do and how you want to do it.

I assume RCF worked but is not what you want?
There are no other options other than Centrex from your service provider. That will do exactly what you want.

Ok, I'm willing to listen but the only RCF the Partner can do itself has been mentioned. Maybe it's not RCF that you want, explain what you want to do.

We have Partner customers that use point to point mega links with VOIP boxes that work great for this. Kinda like a WWW solution for OPX's. But again it depends on what the customer wants and the budget they have to work with.

the customer has 2 sites. they want to be able to tranfer a call from one site to the other.I enabled rcf thinking that that would work ? looking at the manual it looks like the only way to do it is to get centrex lines and put a recall button and do it that way.

Most LEC's have a feature that can sort of... emulate a Centrex line. You can hit flash, get secondary dial tone, and transfer the call away.

Jeff, does the customer have high-speed internet at both locations? If so,.. you could throw on a couple of multi-tech boxes.
