I have a customer that has a legend r6.1. they have 21 lines comming from a channel bank they have switchs on 16 of the channels so they can busy them out(when busy they forward to anwsering service)based on how busy they are. they want 6 channels for use at all times. how do I set it up so they don't use channels that are busy out.

So the channels are converted to loop start lines and arrive at the Legend as if they were copper dial tones?
Put the 6 channels/lines that they want to always use in one pool, and the others in another pool. Set ARS to use the main pool first, then the other pool.
If the channels are busied out, does that remove talk battery?? If not, don't put the 2nd pool in the ARS, but give the extensions "pool dial out" code access, and perhaps renumber that pool to something simple like 8. Then it is 9 for outbound, or 8 if 9 is all busy.
