I have a customer with a legend R7 and at random times will have to dial 2 or more times to get out. they will stat dialing and the phone will disconnect. the t-1 provider says their circuit is good. I have looked in the switch and I have no alarms other than code 0c03 ( all ttr's unavailable ). Is there a way to test each ttr. I am still lookig thur my docs to find out what cards have what number of ttr's. :confused:

Thanks,That just what I was looking for. So that means that if my customer has
in cabinet 1 Processor 408 gs/ls 008 mlx 008 mlx 008 mlx Ds1
in cabinet 2 mlm 007 0012 then that means they only have 2 ttr's ?

Yup, only 2 TTR's, but I'm not sure they come into play on OUTBOUND calls on T1 by multiline phones.
Check the DS1 for errors, Maintaince, Slot, 05, Enter, Error Events.
You could also give an extension dial out access to the pool with the DS-1 channels, make sure each channel is labled uniquely, then place test calls to make sure each channel is working properly.

in the error event is as follows:
mis 001 slp 002 es 000 bs 000 sec 000 fs 000
ttr's tested good.
