Customer has a legend r7 cke4, dss will work then the phone dies unplug dss and phone comes back up. I have tested cable,changed phone,dss, 408 mlx card. the phone is a 28d at this time. check load on power supply, power supply is a 391c1. the only things at this point is swap power suppys and or back plane.

Make sure you are running 4 pair cable all 4 pair are used
|
