I have 2 pri's that are intermintently not completing calls. Dial out and get dead air. I put a printer on the switch and when this happens i do not see all the digets in the smdr. Happening on all phones, all numbers at times - any ideas? Strange thing is it only seemed to happen after we added the second PRI - yet it happens on both PRI's - there is no distintive pattern

Make sure your 23 lines and B-channels are correct. CBC service table Pattern matching 0-9. I have seen switch-type protocol settings doing strange things if they are not correct. Post your PRI print and we will check it out.
