Hey folks, I have a cix 40. I can connect with emanager with no errors but if I try to access a menu, it just spins and hangs.
Any ideas?

I remember running into this problem but I don't remember the fix (from like 20 years ago). Maybe a Windows IIS or Firewall issue?

First, I always disable the firewall on windows. Are you using an IE browser? Network eManager does not work with any other browser. You can get it to mostly work on Edge in IE mode. I think it was a little buggy. I have a Windows 7 VM running IE natively for Toshiba systems.

It seems to be PBX related. I can log in and have no problem navigating on another CIX40 or CIX100 with the same laptop
Thanks!
