Added onr new ext (111) yesterday. Program buttons test, left site. 2 hours later customer called that ext 100 buttons, ext and co lies are mixed up, went back to default. there was no power outage time and date were still correct on lcd screen. No ups before system. Any help. Thanks Gary S.

Any time you're programming the buttons on a particular extension, be sure you're programming that extension, using the proper keyset model pattern and not the default key pattern. Easy mistake to make. We've all done it.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Thank you. Makes me feel better. Was thinking a processor or internal battery issue. Sometimes trying save time, not using the console phone or ESI programming backfires. Thank you again, Gasry S.
