Correct version of PC Pro for the version that is in the 2100?
Can you log in with Web Pro?

Thanks Yoda, didn't even think of Web Pro, got caught up in the situation. They lost their Sip line appearance on the phones,, no out or inbound. Checked with the provider and they are registered.. I have a equipment issue. The phones have the trunks on the buttons, I press the trunk button and get nothing. I should get a busy, I pressed the check button on the phone and the lines are there. Never seen this before.
