Find the extension in the routing box that defaults to dial 0. Enable CFOS. Enter the destination phone number with the trunk access code in front. Calls transferred to that extension will go to outside line.

Where does the phone ring when an internal number dials 0? Same procedure. If a digital set hit the soft keys and see if CFOS is already enabled. Otherwise you have to go into VMMI and tell what extension you want as the attendant. By default it is usually the phone attached to port 1.

I am amazed that the in skin voice mail is still alive. Great idea but I could barely get them through warranty. Spent a ton of time cloning and replacing drives.

Been 15 years since I opened VMMI so I am going from memory. Where does the call go when an internal dials 0? Look under the station programming off that set. It is either there or under the COS programming. Been a while and I don't have VMMI on an accessible laptop. Look under system parameters also.

Probably ringing a hunt group. See if CFOS is enabled for Ext 301. If not enable it under COS and station programming. Follow previous instructions of CFOS and it should forward out.

You have to disable the group to change members.

I always enabled in VMMI. Then went to the set. Hit the soft keys under the display until you see CFOS. You can also button map CFOS on a hard key which will give a one touch on/off feature. There are 3 different CFOS modes but LINE/ITCM should give you what you need.
