We are in desperate need of programming assistance for an SBX that was replaced. Everything has been completed successfully. Only problem we’re having, we cannot hear the phones ringing with an incoming call.
You can see the call come in and the phone light up. But you cannot hear the ring.

Station 100 should ring in default. If that's not ringing then you need programming help. You can contact Vertical directly and find a dealer in your area, Good luck.
