I have 3 onsite IP phones that now display "Not Found Extension No." All I did was change a DA table and uploaded that change only. All IP phones have been installed Index is good Internet is good at the set. What the hell just happened?

You must have uploaded something other than the change.

In WebPro, Modification History - will that give you an idea of what you might have changed?

I will do that Yoda, thanks. But I've compared my old db with the new and I don't see any setting that have changed. Like I said all I did was change a DA table and uploaded that change. What would cause an IP phone that is registered, everything in 15-05 & 84-22 is the same as the old db file yet the extension doesn't exist.

It could be a terminology difference between countries or just my ignorance but what is a DA table?

Went into modification history and it was blank. I think something is going on with the software. I've had other quirky things with this system for years.

I think I figured it out. At some point 10-46 01 got changed from automatic to plug & play. Still playing with it, but now it's making sense to me. Some how, some way, someone must have kicked me around some.
