Hi, I have an OfficeServ 7030 on version 4.40, which has failed to start after a power failure. I've read I need to upgrade to 4.93 to fix the PBX and also stop this happening again in the future. Problem is I cannot find the files nor the PDF instructions for doing the recovery. Any chance someone could help.

I also have a problem on a 7030 OS and I'm implementing the recovery procedure found on the internet but I can't find the files indicated in the procedure. Can anyone help me figure out where to find them? Thank you

If it's already bricked (won't boot) you need to build a serial cable and connect directly to the main board. Have you gotten that far? Alternatively, Telsource http://www.mytelesource.com/ still does this for a fee and shipping. -B
