This is my second one they seem to be having a hard time with proper mounting hardware the one they just sent me is a little different than the last one However it’s still not right. The bracket that connects to the actual satellite dish has approximately 2 1/2 inch That I am supposed to install a pipe from there to another piece that connects to the other end which mints to the metal roof that’s about one and a half inches very confusing. I don’t know why a multimillion dollar company or a multi billion dollar company has such a hard time with proper hardware. I know Amazon sells a bunch of stuff and Best Buy but I didn’t see anything that would work for me. I’m sure there’s something out there but I was just wondering if experienced anyone has experienced this Thanks JD
