You've tried changing the "VMIB User Record Timer"?

it seems like that would do it but it doesnt have any impact on allowed time when i change it. another program in 181 is called val user timer and in the manual seemed to indicate it would change message recording time but it didnt help., i think im out of gas. wondering if the information mailbox allows more recording time. i havnt checked that yet.
