You assume correctly, if you haven't found out already.

make sure you write down what lines rang where, when you add the card, it will default all the C.O. lines
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

I added the 482 card yesterday. Card would not come up. Power doen the second time, card still did not come up. Had another 482 card in my truck, puty that card in, that card did not come up either.Looks like the mother board is bad. Called my supplier and they agree. Sending a new cabinet and extended the warranty 1 1/2 years. It always good to deal with those that have a good reputation. Gary S.

I added the same 482 card to the replacement cabinet on my test bench. Card came up with the added ext's but it does not show the added 4 co lines ? this customer does not need the extra co's just thought they would show on the LCD screen. Something in programming i must do ? Thanks Gary S,

You'll need to add those lines to the outgoing group associated with the extensions, probably group 9. If they're assigned as incoming only, they won't show up on the LCD.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
