Hey guys. I was going to see if you could help me out. We used to install GE Concord, or ITI concord panels. As we know, they have shut down and as far as I know, do not offer any support on the security system. The Issue I am having is a couple of my customers have been getting an alarm code E120, which is a panic, I assume from the keypad. The issue is, the customers have not been at home when this occurs. Has anyone experienced this? It is a contact ID reporting Format.

Could it be possible that the panel is mis-configured and is sending the wrong Contact ID code for something like a trouble?

I don't think so. We have had a few quirky things like this come up since interlogix shut down their security side, like PIR's that show low battery even after you replace the battery.
