I have a customer with a SBX IP System with voice mail. They want to give their callers the option to dial a number in the voice mail and have that option dial a cell phone number and connect the callers. Is that possible? I advise against it because I have a feeling that most callers will choose this option just because they want to talk to someone. Anyway, how can I set this up?
