Hey there gang. Just looking for a little assistance. I understand there are software rules but seeing I own the software I hope it isn't an issue.. someone might have a helpful suggestion for me. I have a KeyVoice system and the two diskettes for the Serial Administrator. Well my second diskette is not working... it's not reading track 61 head 1 unfortunately (see attached photo). Again I own the disks but I don't have a backup. I actually backed up ALL my software today... and this one was giving me trouble. I tried cleaning the drive and various things.. Anyone able to help me out.. I've attached included pics of my issue..
