I have a grandstream ucm6304, I'm looking for a way to change the recorded message without logging into the system. If I'm not at the location, dial a pilot number then the recording number, like the old voicemail systems.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

You could create another user and log into the system remotely from a browser. I can change greetings, or IVR messages from my desktop. It's not easy, but a USB microphone and recording software to produce an MP3 file gets the job done. I don't have enough nerve to do the recording on my iPhone and transfer it, but that is also a possibility.
