We just acquired a new client because their previous vendor died. They have an Vodavi XTS with separate voicemail. We have tried the default admin password, xxxxxx but it either doesn't seem to work or we are doing right. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We primarily support both Avaya and Nortel.

Sorry for the delayed response to your question. If you have laptop access to the system, there is a way through the use of the CONFIG utility in order to determine what the current password is.
