Hello out there,

I have an old ComDial (believe its an FXII) system with four additional cabinets. It bit the dust yesterday and I'm trying to revive. The VMMI admin is on a serially attached pc and the Feature Set is: 16A with a release number of: 180. The build number is: 16.01.48

The cpu card in the main switch has a model number of: FXCPU-2.

I can login to VMMI, at which point the software upgrade window pops up with the "do you want to use the current key or provide a new key" question. The current key option is selected with the key visible and greyed out. I select next and get prompted for a .bin file. This is where I'm stuck, I have software cd's from the original install back in '06 but I don't know which .bin the program is looking for.

Any help is appreciated.
