Did you follow these instructions? When changing a defined terminal type, first set the type to 0 and then plug the new device in to have the system automatically define it or you may have to reset the ETU
I reset the cabinet but nothing changed. There is no option to set terminal type to 0 only SLT or Door Phone. Also, I'm not seeing a jumper. This is the 8 digital 2 analog board.
I just found the jumpers on my bench system. I'll need to go back to customer and check the jumpers. This was a new system and never had the jumper on door phone from the factory. Thanks all for your help.
