I support a company with 10-15 remote users that have working ESI remote IP phones coming into an ESI-200 system. We are looking at moving to fiber internet with another carrier, but it would mean that we will have a different Internet IP for the remote phones to reach out to in order to get to main system.

Currently, there is only one way to program all the remote phones, we must use an old Windows XP laptop that has the ESI Address program on it.

Is there not a Windows 10 edition of this program, so I can remote into each user's PC, run the ESI Address program and simply program the new IP address of the main system?

I'm open to alternative remote options also...

Thanks!!

Don't forget to program the system's new public IP address in Function 821 !

Thanks for the reminder!

As an alternative... perhaps there are newer ESI IP phones that *can* be programmed remotely *without* special programming software?

All other IP phones I've worked with allow the user to browse into the phone and change settings. I just bought an ESI 60, but it appears to be the same ole/same ole, as far as programming the IP goes...

Any help/direction would be appreciated!

If the customer really Loves the ESI system...it might be time for them to look into ESI Hosted .
the CS platform is dead. it was a Great system while it lasted. I loved working on them.
But the time has come.... My 2 Cents.
