In my area, Comcast techs are highly regarded as lazy and untrained. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. A lot of these guys follow the mantra 'Can't see it from my house..' No craftsmanship anymore. Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
