Hi, I have a Vertical Summit 5000 system that I added a expansion card VS-5032-48 to. The card was basically plugged in and no additional programming was done.
While all eight extensions (100-107) on the motherboard can make and answer outside (CO line) calls, the new extensions on the added daughter card (112-119) can't answer outside calls. Those extensions can make outside calls but when I try to answer an incoming call the message on the phone display is "CO LINE xx BUSY - Queuing ([CALLBK])". Other than that the new extensions seem to work seamlessly with the rest of the system.
Is there something I have to program for the daughter card to be able to properly interact with the CO lines on the motherboard in order to allow them to answer outside calls?
Thank you

Did you program the new phones to ring PGM 144?

I'm not 100% sure that that means - I'll look into it but if you can expand on the implications of programming it that way I would appreciate. Thank you
