Yoda Member Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 1,410 Likes: 6 Northeast Iowa	I have been using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 since, well, 2017. I've just purchased a new Windows 11 laptop. I'm not opposed to paying for an upgrade fee to get a newer version of Quickbooks on my new laptop, but I want a one-time purchase, stand-alone program. It appears that Quickbooks is now only a subscription based program. They offer a "works on desktop" version, with an annual fee. Not gonna bite on that one. Is anyone using anything else for a stand-alone program? Edit: Just realized my wife is going to run into the same problem with Quicken Deluxe. This is not going to be pretty. Thanks. If you can keep using an older version and just run your payroll somewhere else that's what I would suggest! Looking for a VoIP Phone Canada provider?
