My customer (It's a restaurant) is stating every morning they have to reset there snom base (Unplug power and plug it back in) for it to work everyday we have the latest firmware on it as well. Any ideas what could cause this?

Snom is know for problems like this. They just never did the R&D to fix these little problems.
There are other type problems as well.

Snom is a subsidiary of VTech. VTech also produces modern day AT&T branded telephones. Doesn't inspire confidence in the product line. ack

I didnt know that. VTech hosted phones are also low grade. Usually a Hosting provider gives them away . You get what you pay for.

I agree with your statement of the V-Tech brand. I have deployed this snom model at 5 other restaurants with no issue's. I think I found the issue with a router setting that may have been disabled (SIP ALG) which was causing the issue.
