My trusty Harris TS44 buttset developed a problem the other day. The 4, 5, and 6 keys have stopped working out of the blue. Has anyone seen this happen before and have a simple solution before I crack open the case to have a look?
If I end up having to open it up, is there any hidden screws? I only see the one just above the battery and the four covered in encapsulation below the battery.

I have one sitting on the shelf for years that does the same thing. Never bothered to open it, the older ones were bad enough.
Good luck and let me know what you find.

I really like it which is what has me bummed. I guess I'll just have to crack the case and see what's up.

Request for a follow-up. Did the TS44 get opened? If so, what happened?

Sorry about not posting a follow-up.
I'm not sure what I did, but it started working again just out of the blue so I never had to open it up.
I don't know if I had it in some sort of hidden mode or what, but it has worked steadily now for a while.
Again, sorry for not posting a follow-up.
