On vvx 150,301 models when dialing out i have to push the send button,is there a setting that can bypass that button and have calls dial out automaticaly??

You may be able to set the end of dial timeout to something less than what it currently is, use the # key, or modify your dial plan to route calls faster.

I copied and pasted a couple of rules but to no avail i do have to hit the send button. would you have a rule for this that works? al

The Hosting company can change that. New Hosted systems have all corrected that problem. It's not only Polycom phones that had that problem .

I went on the poly community got my answer i installed a digit in my digitmap tand it works heres my digitmap [1-8]xx[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T|+x.T
